Greeting Wealth Management Leadership,

Thank you for staying engaged with our clients and each other as we navigate the initial planning phase of the merger. It’s inspiring to see the influence of your leadership as we move into the second half of 2022. As a follow-up to our May 23^rd Town Hall where we spent some time talking about the impact of change, our offsite that will allow us to dive even deeper into resiliency and leading through change. And, as important, the offsite will give us time to be together, have some fun and once again experience a sense of team belonging that we’ve missed for the last 2+ years. Denise Verolini, who attended the Town Hall and shared some of her thoughts about change, will facilitate these two days.

Who: Selected Wealth leaders
What: Two half day meetings focused on creating individual and leadership resilience. Plus a fun, casual evening together.
When: Monday, August 22 @ 12pm – Tuesday, August 23 @ 12pm View Agenda

Why: The goal of this offsite is to provide space for important mindset work. What’s normal, but not optimal, is to feel like the change is happening to us and we have little influence over the outcome. What’s adaptive, and arguably harder, is to accept the aspects that are out of our control and intentionally double down on what is within our control. We will walk away with customized, actionable plans to enhance our individual and leadership resiliency.
Pre-work: Attend a 15 minute virtual meeting with Denise (Teri will coordinate with all registered attendees). Denise is a psychologist and executive coach and is interested in understanding how these changes have impacted us thus far. Whatever you share with her is confidential. She will use the collective information from all of us to enhance the offsite agenda.
