In recent years, NGL has prioritized highlighting sustainability and mindfulness through various events, and will continue on that course with this year’s Sustainability in Finance event. Join this panel discussion moderated by Co-Leaders Lahna Harper and Matty Roberts that will feature bank leaders from the Front Office, the Second Line of Defense, and the Sustainable Business Office.

In addition, the group will be partnering with Revive, an external vendor that helps organize virtual experiences and development workshops, on experience focused on “Building Trust Through High Performance Humor.”  The event will be led by Dr. Brian M Harman, who uses four years of PhD research to teach people how to use collaborative humor to build a trusted team at work. He will cover the four major humor styles, their mechanisms, pros and cons, and the science behind why humor fosters trust when done correctly.
