JONATHAN CLUB HOUSE RULES
House Rules Cellular phones, Bluetooth devices, laptop computers are never permitted in any public area of the Jonathan Club. Cell phones and laptops may only be used in enclosed phone booths, private meeting rooms, hotel rooms, or in the garage foyer. Ringers must be turned off in all areas and guests are not permitted to pick up messages except in the designated areas. *Dress Code In keeping with Jonathan Club tradition, public areas of the Club require the gentlemen to wear business attire and the ladies to wear dresses or pantsuits, in conservative good taste.
 
  • All hotel accommodations must be booked through this registration website only.
  • For changes, you will need to access your registration using the password created when you initially registered.
  • Directors – Room, tax and parking will be covered by the master account. You will be asked to provide your credit card at check in for incidentals.
  • ECA Members – Room, tax, parking and incidentals will be billed to the credit card provided at check in. Please expense all charges to your RC/Cost Center.
 
AIR TRAVEL / AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
  • Directors - Please reach out to Direct Travel at 1(866) 663-1702 or via email at Mufgvip@dt.com to secure your flight and ground transportation.
  • ECA Members - All air travel must be booked using the CONCUR website within the parameters of MUFG's Corporate Travel & Expense policy. All business travel airfare will be charged to the employee's corporate T&E card. Attendees are responsible for ticketing flights within the MUFG Travel Policy. Any costs incurred for booking incorrect flights, dates or times will be at your own expense.
 
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
  • Directors – Please request your ground transportation through Direct Travel at the same time you confirm your air travel.
  • ECA Members – Ground transportation to be secured on own.
  • Hosted valet parking available at the Jonathan Club.
