Min Yoo is a Director and Senior Wealth Strategist at The Private Bank. Min works with a team of specialists in wealth planning,
investments, risk management, fiduciary services and banking in Los Angeles. Min works with high net worth clients, business
owners and corporate executives to design sophisticated wealth strategies to build, sustain and transfer wealth based on their
unique priorities.

Min brings over 15 years of estate and financial planning experience to Union Bank, both in the public and private arena. He
joined Union Bank from a local property management firm, where he served as the in-house counsel and tax director. He was
responsible for establishing financial procedures for tax reporting and overseeing the preparation of tax returns for the various
entities (S corporations, LLCs and limited partnerships) and the individual shareholders/partners. Previously, he worked for
KPMG LLP as a manager in the Personal Financial Planning group in Los Angeles, specializing in the areas of estate, charitable
and income tax planning for key executives, entrepreneurs, and other high net worth individuals.

Min is a California-licensed attorney and is also a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional.
