We will be offering BlueJeans by Verizon for this session. BlueJeans is a cloud-based video conferencing service that attendees can join from any device using a simple internet link.
10 HELPFUL TIPS ON BLUEJEANS
1. INDIVIDUAL BANDWIDTH AND CONNECTIVITY VARIES AND AFFECTS THE VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE. If you experience buffering, please be patient while your system tries to catch up. If you have persistent issues, you may need to leave/exit the videoconference and use your telephone to dial into the AUDIO ONLY LINE.
2. You’re encouraged to disconnect from the Pulse Secure VPN, or Citrix VDI before joining the event.
3. Supported internet browsers by BlueJeans include: Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox
4. Your audio and video will automatically be muted throughout the call.
5. You do not need to dial-in to the audio line unless you experience tech issues.
6. A BlueJeans Account is not required. Please “Join As Guest”.
7. For computer audio, it is best to connect a headset to your actual device (not the docking station). Please ensure your computer speakers are not on mute.
8. While not required, the BlueJeans App is only available for IOS or Android. A desktop App is not required.
9. We recommend that you connect to the meeting 5-10 minutes early.
10. If you miss the meeting, don’t sweat it. A link to the replay will be made available.
