
Lisa joined Union Bank in 2016 and has more than 30 years of banking and wealth management experience. Prior to joining Union Bank, she worked for Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Citigroup. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University. She also holds Series 7, 24, and 66 securities licenses.
In 2015, 2018 and 2019, Lisa was named one of the Bay Area’s “Most Influential Women in Business” by the San Francisco Business Times. She sits on the Board of Directors for YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking and playing tennis.

Charity has over 15 years of tax, legal and banking experience. She previously worked as a Senior Wealth Planning Strategist at Wells Fargo Private Bank, Tax Counsel at Time Warner Cable and The Hearst Corporation, and as a tax and estate-planning attorney at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Juris Doctor and Master of Laws (Taxation) degrees from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, has authored published editorial materials on various topics of tax law, and is a regular speaker on matters related to wealth planning and taxation.

Candice joined Union Bank in 2000. She has previously worked as a Priority Banking Manager and a Private Banker.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in Japanese Studies, from the University of California, San Diego. She is a graduate of Union Bank’s Management Training Program and holds her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and California Life Insurance license. She is also a graduate of the premier national graduate school of banking, Pacific Coast Banking School and has her Master’s in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Beyond her career at Union Bank, Candice recently joined the board for the non-profit organization Women’s Voices Now, an organization striving to drive social change that advances women’s and girls’ rights globally, and was formerly a mentor for the Big Brother Big Sister program in Greater Los Angeles. Candice enjoys traveling the world, competitive open water swimming, scuba diving and competing in triathlons. She is also a fluent Japanese speaker.

Margaret joined Union Bank in 2013. She has a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Sacramento and is a CFA® charterholder since 2012. Margaret is a frequent contributor on CNBC’s Halftime Report and a regular contributor to the financial news media including Barron’s, US News and World Report and Yahoo! Finance.
