Landing on the Moon: facilitated by Joanna Cheng

You are a member of a space crew scheduled to rendezvous with a mother ship on the lighted surface of the moon. However, due to mechanical difficulties, your own ship was forced to land at a spot 200 miles from the rendezvous point. 

During re-entry and landing, much of the equipment aboard was damaged and, since survival depends on reaching the mother ship, the most critical items available must be chosen for the 200-mile trip.  Will your team be able to work together to survive?

Navigating the Virtual Internship: facilitated by Amanda Colella

In this session, we will provide you with the tools you need to successfully navigate your internship in a virtual environment.  Everything from setting internship goals, to establishing a routine, and performance evaluation from a distance.  The best practices and resources provided are sure to give you a solid foundation to start your experience off right.

Virtual Tech Tour: facilitated by Joanna Cheng

This virtual tour of LEAP and Bridge will help get you acclimated to platforms where you can find important information, enter your time, and set objectives. We’ll walk you through each system and allow for live questions at the end of the session.

Group Case Competition Kick-Off: Pandemic, Workforce Management, & Re-Entry, Speaker: Marc Reiher 

Overview: In your assigned groups of 10-11 Summer Analysts, you will work collaboratively as “Engagement & Culture Consultants” to conduct research on current state, analyze findings, and make recommendations around the appropriate Workstyle for Analyst/Early Talent within MUFG’s Modern Workplace Strategy framework and Re-Entry Plan. 

Your Challenge: How can MUFG best engage early talent, while also ensure proper training support and cultural embedment through executable short and long-term action plans?
